UCL Energy Institute builds on connections with South Korea

Paul Ekins spent April 26-29 in Seoul, Korea, as a guest of the Korea Institute of Public Finance and Global Green Growth Institute. He gave a keynote speech to the conference 'Environmental Tax Reform for Green Growth' and further speeches to the launch meeting of the Korean Climate Change Center's Climate Change Business Forum and to the Business Forum Programme organised by the Asian Institute for Energy, Environment and Sustainability at Seoul National University.
