Catherine Fitzgibbon

Catherine Fitzgibbon is a student in the 2022-23 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).

Catherine Fitzgibbon is an independent policy consultant. Catherine currently consults as a technical advisor with the World Bank supporting governments in Africa in developing their national social welfare programmes. She also undertakes a wide range of projects for other clients including governments and UN agencies. 
Prior to working as a consultant, she held several senior management positions with Save the Children.  There, she was directly involved in the co-creation, implementation and evaluation of dozens of development programmes.  In her early career she also held several UK based posts in the fields of social housing, planning and regeneration.
