Dawn is a student in the 2022-23 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).
Dawn is a Civil Servant with the National Library Board, Singapore. In her years with the board, she has had experience as a Children’s and Teens Librarian and finished a stint in UX design and digital transformation work at an external strategy, design and innovation practice. Most recently, she worked as an Experience Designer focusing on delivering fresh and transformative experiences to her users. Her areas of interest include social infrastructure, placemaking and service delivery.
