Eva Behrens is a student in the 2021-22 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).
Eva is a graduate student from Berlin, Germany. She holds bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering and East Asian Studies, and has now come to London to pursue the IIPP MPA at UCL. During her undergraduate studies, she focused on the fast industrialisation and development of the Four Asian Tigers, and environmental policy in China. In addition, she has done work on the accessibility of MRI devices in the Global South. In the future, she plans to specialise in tech and innovation policy. Eva enjoys reading, visiting museums, and hiking.
