Gabriel Del Castillo is a student in the 2021-22 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).
Gabriel holds a BA in International Development from the University of Sussex. He has worked in policy and regulation projects as part of AC Pública, a public sector consultancy. He was a member of the Copenhagen Institute for Future Studies´ (CIFS) Global Scanning Network from 2019 to 2021. He has recently completed the process required to be certified as a Strategic Foresight Practitioner by the School of International Futures (SOIF) and ILM. He held the position of vice-president of Instituto del Futuro (IDF) in Peru from 2018 to 2021; a think-tank devoted to promoting the adoption of future oriented policy in Peru and Latin America. Gabriel is now president of Instituto del Futuro.
