Kotaro specialises in sustainability, CSV (Creating Shared Value) strategies, ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) investment, and responsible for the development of sustainability consulting services, creating new consulting services, building teams and publishing research reports, as well as providing consulting services to clients as a project manager. Kotaro is a powerful force in the workplace and uses his positive attitude to encourage others to succeed. In his free time, he likes to run, dine, travel, and read books.
