Kwame Baafi is a Research Fellow in Data Analytics and Visualisation at the UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP).
Kwame is a Research Fellow working on the Public Sector Capabilities Index, with a focus on developing approaches to the measurement of state capacity, organisational routines, and dynamic capabilities. He has experience in impact evaluation, having supported the generation of evidence to inform decision-making in international development policy. His wider research interests include industrialisation and structural transformation, the political economy of development, and innovation, particularly in the context of West Africa.
