Lidia Piccinino Centeno is a student in the 2021-22 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).
Lidia Piccinino is 29 years old, from Buenos Aires and she is passionate about learning, teaching and travelling around the world. She has two bachelor degrees, an MA in Public Reviews and she is one of the 24 Argentine Chevening scholars this year. She believes in the necessity of citizen-driven governments and innovation in Latin America. In her opinion, E-governments, the analyses of citizens experience and evidence-based public policies are a must to widening public services, and within people rights and accountability. She has more than 6 years of experience in the public sector working on this matter and she was a high school history teacher.
