Mia Tarp is a Project Manager for the Public Sector Capabilities Index at the UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP).

Mia Tarp
Mia's professional journey has spanned across multiple countries but is currently based between London and Madrid. At the moment, she is part of a UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose team dedicated to mapping and investigating the problem-solving capacities of city governments globally through the Public Sector Capabilities Index research initiative.

After studying different trajectories within strategic design, innovation, business development, leadership, and politics at Design School Kolding, Parsons School of Design, and Copenhagen Business School, she found a more profound interest in strategy and how to shape and design conditions and artifacts that enable systems to shift.

In addition, she co-founded AANNDD to explore alternatives to current business paradigms and to shape meaningful restorative alternatives.
