Nurul Jamila Hariani is a student in the 2021-22 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).
Nurul J. Hariani has engaged professionally in social research at one of the university research centres in Indonesia since 2017 and has been involved in collaborative research with many public organisations, especially government institutions. Her focus is primarily on social issues, and her research interests include public sector innovation, organisational development and collaborative governance. She has assisted ten local governments in Organisational and Bureaucratic Reform and has executed initiatives regarding Digital Reformation, Performance Management, and Smart Public Services initiatives. Her master's study, MPA at IIPP UCL, is funded by LPDP (Indonesian Government Scholarship).
