Sion Williams-Eliyesil

Sion Williams-Eliyesil is a student in the 2020-21 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).

With a background in social psychology, Sion is interested in the science of collaboration and specifically utilising the tools of behavioural science to encourage inter-organisational collaboration on broader national and international goals.

Sion has spent the last ten years working as an organisational psychologist and most recently led interdisciplinary collaboration programs at the Qatar-based NGO, Qatar Foundation, where his role was to encourage greater synergy between government, educational institutions, and social programmes to address national grand challenges for the small Gulf state.
