Himansu Pandey

Himansu Pandey is a student in the 2024-25 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).

Himansu is a passionate innovator dedicated to driving social development across India. He has extensive experience in public policy, innovation, and governance. As a Program Manager at the Capacity Building Commission, he spearheads initiatives to transform civil service training, impacting millions. At Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog, Himansu has fostered hundreds of startups and pioneered Community Innovation Centers nationwide. His innovative approach shines through his work as a Chief Minister's Good Governance Associate, where he implemented drone-based solutions and digital transformation of state’s citizen services. As an SBI Youth for India Fellow, Himansu empowered rural women through micro-enterprises and established educational tinkering labs. With a background in Electronics and Instrumentation engineering, Himansu looks to consistently leverage technology and innovation to create lasting social impact.
