Santiago Gonzalez Florez is a student in the 2024-25 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).
Santiago is deeply committed to serving his country by democratizing social capital and dreams. Through his experience at the Chamber of Commerce of Cali, he designed and developed public-private initiatives to boost the competitiveness and social impact of high-impact entrepreneurial ecosystem (startups). Santiago is deeply passionate about learning how to create and execute strategies that leverage cooperation and innovation among key societal actors to generate legitimate and sustainable change. He grew up in Cali, the third-largest city in Colombia and one of its most diverse and culturally rich places, where kindness and hope flourish.
