Buhm Enkhbaatar is a student in the 2024-25 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).
Bum is a dedicated professional committed to driving systemic change through innovative solutions. She has actively contributed to significant reform agendas for the government of Mongolia and successfully led socially impactful projects from conceptualization to realization. With a bachelor’s in Philology from Moscow State University and a master’s in International Relations from China, Bum excels in project and product management, multi-stakeholder communication, and content production. Her skills include strategic and creative thinking, research, and technical expertise in content production. An enthusiastic traveler who has visited 25 countries, Bum enjoys hiking, tennis, and collaborative teamwork.
