Ijaz is a diplomat from the Republic of Maldives who is interested in expanding his understanding of policy formulation to apply new and innovative approaches to the world of diplomacy. He also hopes to gain a thorough grasp on how policy can be used to shape positive social outcomes in crowded urban environments.
