Pin Kuan Goh

Pin Kuan Goh is a student in the 2024-25 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).

Pin Kuan is a purpose-driven individual committed to enhancing community livelihoods through proactive public leadership. With a four-year career focused on technology commercialisation, he has established technology sandbox programmes across Malaysia, fostered international research collaborations, and facilitated multi-million dollar investments in commercially viable research with leading local universities. Now pursuing an MPA at IIPP, Pin Kuan aims to advance technology and innovation’s role in achieving SDGs, particularly in Southeast Asia.

He holds a Chemistry degree from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and previously served as a Senior Technology Analyst with the Malaysian Ministry of Science, Technology & Innovation. He is a Registered Technology Transfer Professional (RTTP) candidate.
