STEAM: Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Maths, is being adopted by growing numbers of schools to provide pupils with the diverse skillsets they need to flourish in their future careers.
This event brings together school leaders, educationalists, architects, artists, designers, makers, teachers and technologists, who want to learn about what the innovations in STEAM education mean for them, their staff and infrastructure.
Concise, penetrating talks by leading thinkers and makers will cover:

- Why is it important?
- Who’s doing it?
- What it means for school and college estates and buildings
- Open forum Q&A
Participants to this event, organised by the Bartlett Global Centre for Learning Environments, will have a chance to visit UCL’s innovative Architecture and Engineering spaces at Here East, where advanced technology and robots meet design creativity, where researchers and students work together to shape designs for the future.
