Global living environments post COVID | Winter keynote lecture with Sophie Chick
30 November 2020
On Tuesday 24 November we held our first online keynote lecture, with Sophie Chick Director of World Research at Savills and BREI Chair, Professor Yolande Barnes.
Sophie delivered our Winter keynote lecture, 'Global living environments post covid - The future of cities'.
The lecture explored the residential investment sectors as investors pursue a 'beds and sheds' strategy, as well as specifically discuss housing for both students and an ageing population.
Thank you to everyone who joined us, it was an incredibly engaging session with a lot of discussion around global changes in planning as a result of COVID.
