Research Fellow in Behavioural Science: Improving Research Culture

Deadline: 25 June 2024.

We are seeking a full-time Research Fellow with a passion for behavioural science, organisational change, and research culture to work on a Wellcome Trust funded programme of research focused on improving research culture. The two-year programme of research involves collaboration between the UCL Research Culture Team, CBC and colleagues across academic and professional services departments at UCL. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to help pioneer and shape the application of behavioural science approaches to the context of research culture - a priority area for universities and the next Research Excellence Framework (REF).

Research Assistant: Improving Research Culture

Deadline: 24 June 2024.

Supporting the Research Fellow we are also recruiting a part-time Research Assistant via Unitemps. The role is to work from ASAP and will run until 30/06/2025 part-time at 22 hours per week.
