Research Interests

Our core interests involve using genomic data and bioinformatic tools to drive research into a variety of subjects including reconstructing human population demography and understanding past and future pathogen outbreaks.

We also work to contribute new software and analysis tools to help develop the ever-growing fields of genetics and functional genomics, particularly with the use of Next-Generation Software (NGS) data.
