Genomic research has immense potential to advance our understanding of aetiology, improve diagnostics and uncover new treatments for different illnesses. UCL Human Genomics aims to foster ground-breaking basic science by leveraging genomic data, with a strong focus on translation and ensuring equitable benefits across the diverse UK population. The centre is co-directed by Professors Karoline Kuchenbaecker and Jean-Baptiste Pingault.
