How to use the Career Frameworks

Each service area will have a group of related roles which progress in their level of competency. The Career Frameworks set out the common experiences within these 'job families'. They illustrate transferable skills that underpin good performance. Highlight learning options which may support personal and professional career development. And the UCL Ways of Working sets out the expected behaviours of each role according to the level/grade.
