Support for small-and-medium businesses

UCL Talent Bank is a free shortlisting service for small to medium-sized enterprises looking to target students across all disciplines and academic levels.

This service is particularly designed for SMEs and for one off / niche opportunities in larger organisations and not for ongoing recruitment. It is currently available for local and international companies wishing to target students from all disciplines and levels ranging from undergraduates through to PhD researchers. The service will help you source good quality UCL candidates to fill part-time, internship and graduate opportunities.

We will market your opportunity to relevant UCL candidates – current students, graduates and PhD researchers making clear your selection criteria. We then match applications to your role and send you the most suitable UCL candidates’ CVs and cover letters.

We would particularly like to hear from you if you have a local or international internship opportunity:

  • Part-time (7-15 hours per week) or summer internships (full or part-time)
  • Opportunities exclusively open only to UCL students, graduates and researchers
