Testimonial from a mentee in ICH mentored by someone from another institute:
I started on the mentoring programme in 2021/2022 and it went really well. I received great advice from my mentor which led to my current role as a trial manager. I am still in contact with my mentor and I’m getting advice on furthering my studies in the near future. We don’t meet as often as we used to but we do communicate as and when.
