- To request EndNote for your own computer or laptop, you need to be a member of our library. If you have not already done so, you can apply to join using our membership form.
- Once you have received your library membership card, please email us to request that we send you Endnote x20 serial number and product Key. Please include your library membership card number in the email.
- Once you have obtained those please use one of the download links below to install your copy of EndNote.

- You will then need the product key and serial number we have provided to install Endnote on your computer.
- If you need Endnote for your work computer at GOSH please contact GOSH ICT and it will be installed overnight.
