Biography

Hannah Kelly is a Research Assistant at the Constitution Unit, working on the Politics of Parliamentary Procedure project.

Hannah joined the Unit in November 2023, after completing an MSc in Government, Politics and Policy at Birkbeck, University of London. Prior to this, she worked in parliament for Frank Field and Lucy Powell.
