My work focuses on fair recruitment practices, inclusive and equitable PhD experiences, and supporting EDI related activities and professional development across the university. I am managing the In2research project for UCL (until 25/26). I also oversee the administration for various Doctoral School opportunities and events alongside assisting with a variety of Doctoral School projects.
