Hanin’s PhD project investigates the benefits of auditory-cognitive training for cochlear Implant recipients, with special interest in the paediatric population.

Hanin graduated with a Doctor of Audiology degree in 2013 from Rush University in Chicago, USA. Then she worked as a clinical audiologist in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Her passion to contribute to the field of audiology through advancement of research and education motivated her to accept an academic position at King Abdul-Aziz University, which funds her PhD studies and research. In September 2016, Hanin Started her PhD at UCL
