UCL Eastman Interim Director appointed

After 16 years, Professor Stephen Porter has stepped down as Director of the UCL Eastman Dental Institute. Professor Dave Spratt has been appointed to the role of interim Director.
Professor Spratt holds the Chair of Microbial Ecology and Education, is the Director of the UCL Applied Medical Sciences Programme and is the current Director of Education of UCL Eastman Dental Institute. He has a sustained track record in oral microbiology research and education. Professor Spratt took up the appointment of Interim Director on the 1st of October 2024.
