Biopsychosocial determinants of dementia: Perspectives from the UK and Japan

ESRC International Symposium

An international network collaboration bringing together senior investigators from top academic institutions in the UK and Japan, who will be sharing and comparing their findings on cognitive ageing and dementia with a focus on a broad range of socioeconomic inequalities and the broader social and behavioural determinants of health within each country.


Are you interested in cognitive ageing and dementia? You may also be interested in our data harmonisation workshops open to early career researchers interested in cross-cohort and cross-country investigations of biopsychosocial determinants of cognitive ageing and dementia in the UK and Japan.
