Prof Eric Brunner speaks to the media about the spread of Covid-19.
The BBC asked Prof Eric Brunner for his expert opinion on the spread of Covid-19 in London. He drew conclusions from data provided by Public Health England and underscored the importance of social distancing in helping to control the spread of the virus stating “the behaviour of a population has to change very, very fast to prevent this epidemic becoming a disaster."
In a later interview with The Telegraph Prof Brunner discussed future directions with relation to Covid-19, citing the need for more testing and the likelihood of some form of lockdown continuing until a vaccine is available.
