  • What would have to change (in Russia or the West) to return to a stable equilibrium?
  • What (if anything) can the West do to influence Russia's future development and post-Putin prospects?

The event

Our speakers will begin the event by making some opening remarks, after which Ian Bond, Deputy Director at the CER, will moderate a discussion held under the Chatham House Rule.

Tea and coffee will be served for in-person attendees from 15:00 and the event will begin at 15:30 London time.
