The Grand Challenge of Sustainable Cities held an exciting event, “Urban Grand Challenges” on Wednesday 4 October 2023 to celebrate the GCSC’s achievement over the last 12 years and the launch of the two new evolved GCs of Climate Crisis and Mental Health and Wellbeing. The event also explored the value of viewing the new Grand Challenge programme through an urban/place cross-cutting lens, with a focus of urban community.
