UCL-Nature Sustainability on the Urban Science-Policy Interface
30 May 2017
How should centres of excellence for urban science, like UCL, contribute to the development of urban policy?
Urban science includes a wealth of knowledge and expertise, crucial for policy makers struggling to deliver urban sustainability. UCL and Nature Sustainability responded to this challenge by launching the UCL-Nature Sustainability Expert Panel on the Urban Science-Policy Interface.
The event held in London in July 2017 brought together twenty five internationally recognised urban experts from a variety of disciplines, geographies and research backgrounds to build an interdisciplinary assessment of the urban science-policy interface.
