'(Un)equal Lives, (Un)equal Outcomes in the UK: Addressing Societal Inequalities' Special Initiative
Funding is available for £10,000 for projects focused on the UK’s social landscape. This special initiative call seeks to understand ‘what works where and why’ to take steps toward more equal futures.
15 September 2024
Project proposals are asked to address the foundations of societal inequalities in the UK, exploring their implications (and outcomes) at any or all levels and, critically, identifying responses or solutions to address these - 'what works' locally or systemically.

Second Applicants can be either UCL staff (researchers in academic Faculties or Professional Services) or external partners – either academic (i.e. at another university) or non-academic (e.g. at a policy, third sector, charity, community, or business organisation).
