Alumni visit to the Postal Museum

A visit has been arranged for alumni on Saturday, May 12, 2018 to the Postal Museum, which opened in summer 2017. The visit will include a ride on Mail Rail, the GPO narrow gauge underground railway which linked Liverpool Street and Paddington mainline stations, part of which is now preserved in working order.

Nearest Underground: Russell Square or Farringdon, each about 10 minutes walk

Refreshments: Museum cafe

Meet: 10.45 am outside museum for 11 am start. There is no conducted tour, wander at will.

Maximum number: 40 participants. Guests as always are welcomed.

Cost: £12.50 per head

Payment: The full cost must be paid in advance to the museum in April 2018 by the organiser. At this stage, identify your interest and send no payment. In Spring 2018 you will be informed of how to pay.
