HR Excellence in ResearchUCL gained the European Commission's HR Excellence in Research Award in 2013, which has been successfully reviewed in 2015 and 2017. The award recognises the systems and practices we have in place to support researchers' career and professional development in line with the Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researchers. | |
Race Equality Charter Bronze AwardUCL was one of the first universities in the UK to be formally awarded for its efforts to understand, and take steps to address, racialised inequalities in the academy. The university was only one of eight institutions to receive a Bronze award for a pioneering, national pilot of the Race Equality Charter for higher education in 2015. |
