Emotional support
Employee Assistance Programme: Staff Support Service - available for free if you need to speak to a qualified advisor or counsellor.
Wellbeing Champions - find your local Wellbeing Champions, they are trained to have supportive conversations and can offer you emotional support around an area that may be causing you concern.
Mental Health First Aid trained staff - trained to be able to talk to and signpost you if you are experiencing a mental health crisis.

Advice and guidance
Contact your local HRBP - Available if you need advice or want to speak to someone about a work-related matter you or someone else is experiencing. They can also complete referrals to UCL’s Mediation Service if appropriate.
Dignity Advisors - Contact a Dignity Advisor, they can provide an informal, confidential information service for you on issues relating to bullying, harassment, and sexual misconduct.
