Launching: A managers' guide to occupational health and referring for advice

This new guide aims to provide clarity to Line Managers on both their role in engaging Occupatonal Health and the role that the Occupatonal Health team themsevles play.  The guide explains why referals take place and that the main reason for referring an employee to occupational health is to help a manager resolve a situation where an employee’s health might be affecting their ability to carry out their job, or their job may be adversely affecting the employee’s health in some way.
