Biography
Michael Woollard received an MEng degree in Electronic (with Communications) Engineering from University College London in 2019, minoring in Intelligent Systems and Cognitive Technologies. His undergraduate research projects investigated automatic target recognition approaches for synthetic aperture radar systems, primarily in the context of low-equity surveillance systems carried on UAV platforms.
Michael is currently working towards his PhD degree as a member of the Radar Sensing group. He is also a member of the Association of Old Crows (UK Chapter) and the Electromagnetic Systems Interest Group (EMSIG), where he contributes to the “Synthetic Aperture Radar” and “Electronic Warfare and Passive Radar” focus groups.
