Amsterdam: Bladder Cancer

In Amsterdam, there were 667 deaths from bladder cancer over the study period (1996 - 2008).  This figure consists of 438 male deaths and 229 female deaths and is based on data from the Centraal Bureau voor de Statistiek (Statistics Netherlands).  The spatial distribution of mortality due to bladder cancer in Amsterdam is demonstrated in the maps below, shown separately for men and women.  For further information about how these maps were created, please visit the methodological section of the Atlas.
