Barcelona: Breast Cancer

In Barcelona, there were 2,665 female deaths from breast cancer over the study period (2000 - 2008).  This figure is based on data from the Mortality Registry of Catalonia.  The spatial distribution of mortality due to breast cancer in Barcelona is demonstrated in the maps below.  For further information about how these maps were created, please visit the methodological section of the Atlas.
