In Lisbon, there were 2,584 deaths from
bladder cancer over the study period (1995 - 2008). This figure consists
of 1,934 male deaths and 650 female deaths and is based on data from the Instituto
Nacional de Estatística (Statistics Portugal). The spatial distribution of mortality
