Lisbon: Ovarian Cancer

In Lisbon, there were 1,541 female deaths from ovarian cancer over the study period (1995 - 2008).  This figure is based on data from the Instituto Nacional de Estatística (Statistics Portugal).  The spatial distribution of mortality due to ovarian cancer in Lisbon is demonstrated in the maps below.  For further information about how these maps were created, please visit the methodological section of the Atlas.
