Lisbon: Pancreatic Cancer

In Lisbon, there were 3,820 deaths from pancreatic cancer over the study period (1995 - 2008).  This figure consists of 2,016 male deaths and 1,804 female deaths and is based on data from the Instituto Nacional de Estatística (Statistics Portugal).  The spatial distribution of mortality due to pancreatic cancer in Lisbon is demonstrated in the maps below, shown separately for men and women.  For further information about how these maps were created, please visit the methodological section of the Atlas.
