Zurich: Rectal Cancer

In Zurich, there were 257 deaths from rectal cancer over the study period (2000 - 2008).  This figure consists of 134 male deaths and 123 female deaths and is based on data from the Statistik Stadt Zürich (Zurich Statistics Office).  The spatial distribution of mortality due to rectal cancer in Zurich is demonstrated in the maps below, shown separately for men and women.  For further information about how these maps were created, please visit the methodological section of the Atlas.
