At this event, Marnie Holborow will present her new book, Homes in Crisis Capitalism (Bloomsbury, 2024). The book explores work and care provided in the home, and identifies their effects on gender inequality and discrimination. Holborow makes the case for a radical break with capitalism to give social reproduction the material resources and social recognition it deserves.
The ebook is available to read via the Bloomsbury website: https://www.bloomsburycollections.com/monograph?docid=b-9781350379992
