Book tour: 'Die Standing' with author Elmer Dixon

Join this event to hear Black Panther Party Revolutionary and Global Diversity Consultant, Elmer Dixon, as he discusses his recently published book 'Die Standing' as we celebrate Black History Month.

Dixon will share his personal journey from growing up in Seattle's Central District to co-founding the Seattle Chapter of the Black Panther Party and becoming a prominent voice in the ongoing struggle for human rights.

He will offer insights and practical advice on how to lead efforts to promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace. The book also delves into creating a more inclusive and equitable workplace and world.

There will be an opportunity to purchase the book and have it signed during the event.


This in-person event will be particularly useful for those interested in Black history, policy making, debates, history and international education.

Elmer Dixon

President of Executive Diversity Services

He co-founded the Seattle Chapter of the Black Panther Party and has dedicated his life to defending the rights of the oppressed.

He is also a speaker and consultant in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
