Submitting and printing your poster

The deadline for poster submission is Friday 24th February 2013 17.00

Please email your completed poster directly to IoN Medical Illustration (AV) services at this address.

Posters should preferably be submitted as a PDF but may also be submitted as a PowerPoint document.

The email subject should be "QSS poster" and the email should contain your name, e-mail address and department.

Please note:

  • You must send a version of your poster that is ready to print. Only 1 poster per person will be printed.
  • The poster printing deadline applies only to posters that will be printed by the NHNN AV services.
  • Posters to be printed by NHNN AV services MUST be submitted by the deadline in order to be printed.  Posters submitted after the deadline WILL NOT be printed.
  • You may use other printing services, including your departmental printing services.
  • If you have already printed a poster (e.g. presented at other conferences) then you may use this as long as the  UCL logo (and where appropriate the IoN logo) have been used, and the poster is in portrait A0 format (see poster guidelines for dimensions).

Tips from AV services:

  • If possible the completed PowerPoint file should be saved as a PDF file at the high quality print setting, this will secure the file and text/image positioning will not change. PowerPoint will suffice if this is not possible but be aware that some versions of PowerPoint will alter text and image positioning when opened in different operating systems.
