Three Deputy Director roles re-appointed at the IoO

We’re delight to hear of some re-appointments at the IoO.
Prof Alison Hardcastle will continue on as Deputy Institute Director and Deputy Director (Research). Alison’s contribution to the strategy and wellbeing of our research mission has been of great value.
On her re-appointment Prof Hardcastle said:
“I am incredibly proud of all our achievements over the last 5 years at IoO, especially those that have facilitated research, and ECR progression and recognition. It is a privilege to be re-appointed to this leadership role, and I look forward to working with everyone to build on our successes and shape the future of IoO
John Marshall will continue on as Deputy Director for Innovation & Enterprise, continuing his contribution to our mission to increase our profile and activity with industry.
Shin-ichi Ohnuma will continue on as Deputy Director (International), carrying on the work to increase our profile in international industry, research collaboration and education.
All of the above roles will run for a five-year term, concurrently with the term of the Institute Director from 1 September 2021 until 31 August 2026.
